Are you ready for Movember!?

We are! On the first day of Movember (the month formerly known as November), we shave our faces. For the entire month, hair will only be allowed to grow above our lips, and never below. During this time we will raise awareness and hold a month-long fundraiser for men's health with a focus on prostate and testicular cancer.

Why? To put it simply, the Mo is our ribbon for prostate cancer. And because we care.

We have events planned for the entire month including: movie night, bowling, Mo-n-Shines, trip to Virginia City for old west photos, and whatever else ends up on the calendar.

Sponsors Eclipse Pizza Co. (returning from 2008) and Sierra Tap House (new for 2009) will provide resources to the team during the month with the first Mo-n-Shine being held at Eclipse Pizza and the month end celebration, Stache Bash, at Sierra Tap House where awards will be given out for "Man of Movember", "Miss Movember", "Most Money Raised", "Dirtlip", "Worst Mo Ever", "Best Fakie", "Pre-Existing Condition" (for those bros that just can't bring themselves to shave) and more.
